Shipping Return & Refund Policy

Shipping & Delivery Policies

Shipping charges are applicable on all item that needs to be couriered by jmmusicals.com. Requisite Sales Tax form/Road Permit/Entry Form may be required for delivery to certain areas. Please note that responsibility for providing these forms lies with the user. We take no liability what so ever if the Sales Tax form/Road Permit/Entry Form are not submitted. Product will be delivered within 7-10 working days of the confirmation of your order and payments. saturday & Sunday are not considered as working day. We use Aircargo, Sea cargo and courier services for shipping all our products across the world.

Return Policy

Goods once sold cannot be exchanged or taken back. Incase the is not working, the item should be returned to the address mentioned in the contacts section with original packaging to enable us to send a replacement. We are not liable for damage in transit on returns. Incase the item is not returned with original packaging, there shall be no refund or return. The return courier charges will be bourne by the consignee. Replacement courier charges will be bourne by Jmmusicals. Products are replaced or returned within 7-10 working days. Duties,custom clearance & other charges as applicable is payable by the users on delivery.

Refund Policy

If you have charged more than what you have ordered for, Please feel free to ask for refund. Refunds are provided by simply reversing the charges on your credit card or bank account used when the orde was processed. Refund may also be claimed by canceling the orders, which are not processed. Other than the above no refunds can be claimed. Refund amount will be credited within 7-10 working days.

Transit Loss or Damage

If you have received your order in damage/Broken condition. please email us at admin@jmmusicals.com within the next 24 hours. Please arrange to send us couple of images of the damaged item. the image should show clearly the packaging, item and also the tracking number. Once we receive your request with images, we will send the insurance document for claim.
